The apartment is located in a building from 2015 and is very spacious (about 100 sqm), furnished in a traditional Tyrolean style with high-quality wooden panelling, making it ideal for people with allergies.

It features: One bedroom with a double bed, a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a living room with dining table, corner bench, sofa bed, and satellite LCD TV – all made from solid wood

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and water heater; an oven can be hired if needed.
One or two bathrooms with shower, underfloor heating, hairdryer, and safe. There is a shared washing machine and a lift.

There is a large private garden, balcony, and sunny terrace offering beautiful views over Ortisei.
Up to two parking spaces in a secure garage are available, along with a ski storage room with boot dryers for guests. Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided.

The underpass and escalator called "La Curta," located beneath the building, conveniently take you to the town centre within 3–4 minutes on foot, as well as to the Seceda cable car, the start of the Sellaronda circuit, the Alpe di Siusi station (the "Pearl of the Dolomites"), and the ski bus stop. Numerous restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops, and the public indoor and outdoor swimming pools are all within easy walking distance.

The property is ideally situated so you can forget about your car during your holiday.

The apartment is meticulously maintained, well-equipped, and enjoys a stunning, sunny location overlooking the Saslong, just steps from the Seceda cable car and the escalator to the center. Alternatively, a pleasant short walk takes you to Ortisei's pedestrian area. Mrs. Michaela is extremely kind, discreet, and helpful.

A jewel

I would like to start by thanking Mrs. Michaela for her kindness and helpfulness. The apartment is centrally located, just seconds—yes, seconds—from the slopes. The space is very spacious, well-maintained, and has all the amenities an apartment requires. The view is beautiful; Ortisei at night, seen from above, is marvelous.
