Apartment Belvedere offers spectacular panoramic views of the Dolomites, just a stone’s throw from the ski slopes and the centre of Selva di Val Gardena.
In winter, you will find the first lifts of the Dolomiti Superski area as well as the ski bus stop only 200 - 300 metres from the house. On the way back from the slopes of the Sellaronda, there is a small skiable trail that takes you right to the apartment’s doorstep.
In summer, on the other hand, the cycle path and the Val Gardena train can be easily reached from the house. A playground with a football pitch and basketball court, as well as the ice skating rink, are around 100 metres from the house. Apartment Belvedere is also in a perfect position for those wishing to discover the Dolomite trails, which begin just above the house.
The supermarket and the first restaurants are located just below the house, a few steps further and you will already be in Piazza Nives. The house offers 1 open parking space, ski storage room, washing machine, Wi-Fi, linen and towels free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
