Casa Berdan has two beautiful apartments with garden where you can rest in the sun and enjoy the beauty of this alpine area. The facility is in a privileged location because it is only 200 m from the ski bus stop, which allows you to reach the ski facilities in a few minutes (note that tickets are provided free of charge at check-in). The cycle path through the Val Gardena is also just a few metres away from Casa Berdan.
The centre of Santa Caterina is 1.5 km from the house, while Ortisei is 3 km away. The nearest grocery store is just 200 metres away, as well as a bar, restaurant and ski rental.
