The house is situated in a panoramic position,looking southwards, in the eastern part of Ortisei and offers the typical charme of the mountain furnishings. The ski lifts can be reached in few minutes using the free public ski bus, stopping only 200 m from the house. The promenade can be reached in 100 m from the house and in a couple of minutes walking, or by bike you can reach the town center of Ortisei. The same promenade leads to Santa Cristina and to Selva Val Gardena as well. Bar, restaurants and shops are only 200m away from the house and for supermarket and ski rentals the distance is approx. 500m.
