In winter the property is located a bit more than half a kilometer from the Sellaronda (or from the ski bus stop to reach other places), which means less than 1-minute drive to reach the ski slopes.
In summer the property boasts wide green meadows around the house, including private garden and a breathtaking panoramic seat. Hiking paths start directly from the house.
The town center and all the services can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car. The first restaurants, bars and the bus stop are even closer, they are located approx. 500 m from the property.
Chalet Prinoth offers free garage parking (for 1 car, second parking spot upon request), free Wi-Fi, ski deposit with boot heater, bike deposit with washing facilities, linen, towels and washing machine only upon previous request.
Please note: the property is regularly served by an asphalted and constantly cleaned road. However, guests are kindly recommended to take winter tires and snow chains with them in the winter months (between November and April), in order to avoid problems due to the steepness of the road.
