Small family business in the center of Selva Gardena, directly at the main lifts of the "Sellaronda". Very quiet, sunny location with very little traffic. Many restaurants, bars and Apre Ski are within easy walking distance. Private garden, outdoor parking directly at the house.

The spacious apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and offers space for a total of six people. It consists of three double bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Each room has its own bathroom and its own balcony with seating.
The kitchen is made of high-quality materials and is equipped with a hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen also has a balcony in a sunny location with seating.
