Beautiful holiday apartment in a great location

We had another great week at Apartment Sella. The apartment is spacious and well-furnished; we also had plenty of room for an evening with friends. The ski storage room is good and convenient to use. The central location in the village is fantastic, both for shopping and for access to the lifts/ski buses. We were once again delighted by the helpfulness and hospitality of our hosts, so that we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Christmas in Selva

A great experience staying in this house, right in the center of town. The owner is kind and helpful, and the apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, and very well-organized. A ski locker with boot warmer is available, and the Ciampinoi ski lift is just 80 meters away, allowing you to ski back down from the slopes. A reserved parking space is available, and all the town's shops and amenities are just a few meters from the house.

Cozy apartment, convenient for services and excursions

We spent a week in Selva in this comfortable, newly furnished apartment with parking, just steps from the town center and amenities, and convenient for starting out on many excursions. The owner gave us a warm welcome. We felt right at home!

Beautiful apartment

I stayed for four days in the property's "Sella" apartment. What can I say? It's beautiful, completely newly built, functional, efficient, and comfortable. The apartment consists of a kitchen with a sofa and dining area, a small terrace overlooking the stream that flows beneath the house, a bathroom with a very comfortable shower, and a spacious double bedroom with two windows that let in plenty of light. All the windows have electric shutters, and the heating can be programmed for each room. What a fantastic property! Kudos to the owners! It's one of the best properties I've stayed in recent years; there are few like it in Italy. Thank you for your hospitality! Best regards to Mrs. Emma, who welcomed us as if we were at home. I will gladly return at the first opportunity!

Simply perfect!

Welcoming, spotlessly clean, functional, three balconies, the sound of the river, central yet quiet, and a view of the Sella Massif. the towel change mid-week, the total availability of the very kind Mrs. Emma...highly recommended!!!

Perfect stay

The apartment is very welcoming, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. The view from every window is spectacular. The sleeping area is well-furnished and the rooms are not small. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and a small terrace with a sofa. The owner is very kind and helpful, and there's also the option of storing your bike in an internal garage. Practically perfect, both for its central location and the private parking.

Like at home

We felt at home. Mrs. Emma welcomed us with a smile and kindness. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-furnished, clean, and equipped with every comfort. They even changed towels mid-week. The location is excellent. For a dream vacation in Selva, trust Emma—you won't regret it.

Perfect stay

Excellent

Excellent stay, very friendly and helpful owner (we requested an unexpected kitchen accessory and it was provided immediately). The apartment was very comfortable, sunny, clean, and in a great location close to many walks and the town center. In the apartment, we found plenty of books and brochures to browse for excursions. Overall, an excellent stay.

This year too we chose to stay in the "sella" Dorothea apartment. Apartment equipped with every comfort, ideally located for buses and cable cars. Beautiful and centrally located holiday apartment

The smaller apartment was the perfect size for two people and was centrally located yet quiet. The Ciampinoi gondola was just a few minutes away. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped, with a stovetop but no oven. There was even an elevator and a ski storage room in the building. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat and would like to sincerely thank the very friendly landlady, Mrs. Senoner, for the excellent orientation upon arrival and the helpful tips.
