Highly recommended Apartment

Claudia and Thomas were amazing, helpful, responsive and went out of their way to assist in every way possible. The apartment was spotless, beautiful, warm and had everything we needed. It was a two minute walk to the Seceda lift and a ten min walk through the tunnel and down the escalators to the center of Ortisei. The location was excellent. The apartment is perfect and comfortably large for 6 people.

Perfect location for Dolomites ski vacation

The location is perfect, the flat is an awesome home base while touring the area. It is very well equipped and the furnishing is fantastic.

Location and convenience

Fantastic location: very convenient to both the Relevata funicular and the Seceda cable car. The convenient escalators just steps away make it easy to get up and down to the village, even after a high-altitude hike. Ortisei is super convenient and well-organized, with tons of events, even though it was the end of the season. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and has all the necessary comforts.

Position

We returned to this beautiful apartment for the second time. The location is excellent: close to the Seceda cable car and the "motorized" tunnel that leads directly to the center. A garage is available for ski and/or bike storage. Claudia is always very kind.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is located near the ski slope. Walking to the center perfect. Nice bathrooms, plenty parking space, beautiful apartment with separate living room and kitchen. Perfect for a ski holiday or summer hiking.

Fantastic location and large, comfortable apartment

Very close to the cable car and the mobile connection to the center, also reachable in six minutes on foot via the road. Near ski rental and ski school. The apartment is large and welcoming. We will be happy to return.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

Four of us went on a week's vacation, and we loved this apartment, both for its location and its functionality. One small flaw was that we weren't able to use the microwave, which didn't come with an instruction manual. A real shame, since it's brand new... otherwise, the welcome was perfect, the underground garage, the washing machine, the dishwasher... basically, everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable week.

We will return

Quiet location, far from the city center, yet easily accessible via escalators and moving walkways. Fully equipped, although I personally would prefer a traditional oven over a microwave. Cleanliness, order, decor, and efficiency are the hallmarks of this apartment, which also features a secure underground garage with a storage area for drying boots in the winter or a bike in the summer.

Excellent apartment in a strategic area, comfortable and functional

The apartment is located in a strategic, quiet area, ideal for regenerating. The center of Ortisei is easy to reach on foot, either from Via Roma or from the tunnel with the escalators, the latter especially useful for the return journey. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, the furnishings perhaps a little dated but nothing is missing, and it allows for privacy and respect for the spaces, rhythms and individual needs of the 6 guests (possibility of +2 guests). We had a great time and would recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful holiday

It was a wonderful holiday. Val Gardena is beautiful and has so much to offer. What can I say about the accommodation? Superb, the location and the well-maintained, clean, bright, and very comfortable apartment. A total of 10!

A week in the most beautiful valley (Val Gardena)

The apartment was clean, very spacious, well-equipped, and convenient to everything (shops, the city center, and the ski lifts). It was perfect. The area was very quiet. We plan on returning.

We enjoyed our stay

We were very happy to stay in this apartment. The fact that we stayed very close to the Seceda gondola made us very happy. Also the rooms were clean and big enough for the five of us. Thank you for having us and we may come back later! Grazie mille!
