Prime location

The holiday apartment is located directly on the ski slope and has a great ski room with boot warmers. A small drag lift, which starts running at 8:00 am, provides easy access to the Sella Ronda ski area. The hostess is very helpful and friendly, and the apartments are modern, attractive, and practically furnished. You can sleep wonderfully peacefully, as there are even electric shutters. The bathrooms are spacious and include a shower, toilet, bidet, and towel warmer. The only minor drawback is the somewhat slow data rate of the free Wi-Fi. So, it's ideal for winter sports enthusiasts who prioritize both sport and relaxation. We would gladly return.

Weatherproof

The weather was mostly beautiful. The cabins are welcoming and the food is very good. It was a wonderful holiday, the apartment was beautifully furnished. We didn't need to use the car at all during the entire holiday, as we could ski directly onto the slopes.

A very pleasant holiday in the apartments.

We received a very warm welcome. The landlady gave us valuable tips regarding hikes, shopping in the village, and restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped, and we had plenty of space. The house is in a quiet location, just a 15-minute walk from the village center. Having our own parking space in the garage was another plus. We felt very comfortable. Apartments Helene are highly recommended.

We spent two weeks in Val Gardena at this property, and our review is nothing short of positive. The property offers every comfort: a convenient garage for parking; a beautifully maintained lawn with loungers and umbrellas where you can relax and sunbathe; a clothesline and a storage area for your bike. The apartment we stayed in was brand new, clean, and very well-equipped. Another plus is that you can forget about your car, as the property is close to many trails. The owner is very kind and always available. Highly recommended!

Apartment equipped with everything you need. Stunning location, with magnificent views and strategically located for walking. Great shared space for boots and bikes. Well-maintained outdoor area with deckchairs for sunbathing at the end of the day. Convenient drying rack for quick clothes washing.

Excellent structure and location

We just spent two weeks in Selva di Val Gardena at the Appartamenti Helene. A wonderful holiday in every way; the apartment's beautiful and convenient location makes it easy to walk to the town center and also serves as a starting point for various walks. We were delighted by the view of everything around us... deep greenery everywhere, the splendid Dolomites as a backdrop, order and cleanliness everywhere and efficiency and courtesy always. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, and we especially appreciated the garage... very convenient, especially in the mountains. The owner is very kind and helpful and always smiling. We'll definitely be back... to make sure we have the apartment available, we'd have to say we didn't like it... but we can't lie because the photos represent exactly what we found. Great vacation... I almost forgot to mention something important: for those of us with a sweet tooth, there's plenty to choose from, both sweet and savory.

THE mountain holiday

It's not easy to write a review of Villa Elena and the Mussner family without lapsing into rhetoric or sentimentality. I've been coming to Selva since 1964, for a few years at Villa Erna, then since around 1970, always at Villa Elena. Aside from the familiarity, the kindness, sensitivity, and serenity they bring to the house and its residents are a plus I wouldn't want to give up for anything. For many years, we rented the same apartment, which was completely renovated a couple of years ago. It goes without saying that it has been perfectly renovated, maintaining its original atmosphere and that unique warmth and welcome. We've already renewed our agreement for next year. I consider it a privilege granted to me by their exquisite kindness.

To ski

A lovely apartment, ideally located right on the slopes. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the town center. We've stayed there three times now and will be back again next year. The house is very well-maintained and the owner is absolutely lovely. We're already looking forward to our next vacation.

To ski

This was our third stay at Haus Helene. The house is ideally located right next to the ski slope. The town center is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The owner, Mrs. Mussner, is a lovely person and always gives our vacation a very personal touch. We feel very comfortable there and have already booked our next stay.
