In winter, the free ski bus, which stops in front of the house, will take you to the Ortisei Dolomiti Superski facilities in a few minutes.
In summer, the first trails start right behind the house, and with free public transport, you can also reach other hiking destinations.
For the families with children there are two public playgrounds and a riding school within 200 meters from the house.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
