Cësa Zotlin is located in the main village of the Val Gardena in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage.

The house is situated in a quiet position on the sunny side of the village, near the Raschiesa lift and at only 5 minutes by foot from the Seceda cable car, the famous start of the Sellaronda ski tour. You can reach the pedestrian zone by foot in about 10 minutes, where you can find stores, restaurants, bars and other attractions.
From the apartments you have a great view over the hole village and the surrounding mountains.
In summer it is an excellent starting point for hikes and excursions.
In the beautiful valley there are various opportunities for activities and entertainment, like skiing, climbing, riding, nordic walking, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, and a lot more.
