The pedestrian zone in the center can be reached in just 5 minutes, there is a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, ski schools and the indoor spa "MarDolomit". The central location of the apartments allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday without using the own car. The lifts of Seiseralm, Raschötz and Seceda are easily reachable on foot. In winter, the Seceda cable car is an ideal starting point for unforgettable ski excursions, you can easily reach all the slopes of Val Gardena with your skis and start directly into the famous Sella-Ronda. In summer an ideal starting point for numerous, challenging mountain hikes through the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as for easy walks.
