First time in Ortisei, special thanks to the Rabanser family, their friendly and always available hosts. The house is located in a quiet location, just steps from the town center and close to public transportation. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful, well-kept garden where you can relax and sunbathe. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it. We will definitely be back!

Reception

Margareth and Herbert are very kind people who make you feel at ease and are always available. The apartment we had was in perfect order and very functional. The location is excellent. Highly recommended and definitely worth keeping in mind for future occasions.

Cleanliness, comfort, and proximity to the center

The friendliness of the Rabanser family, who always greeted us with a smile, were discreet, and always present. The beautiful and spotlessly clean house is very close to the center; a short walk takes you to Ortisei's most beautiful street, with its shops and mega hotels. It has a lovely balcony overlooking the Alpe di Siusi! Upon arrival, we were given two passes for free on all the buses in the beautiful area. A wonderful holiday, thank you for everything!

A long bridge in the Land of Christmas

Thanks to YesAlps, we booked a 3-night stay with the lovely Cesa Rabanser family, and thanks to the Gardena Super Premier promotion, we were given an extra night free. We felt right at home in the Ulli apartment in the center of Ortisei, located on the first floor with a beautiful mountain view. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated with a warm Christmassy feel. Equipped with every comfort, it's very warm when you return from a day of skiing, and it includes a parking space. The owners are fantastic at welcoming us and we absolutely promised ourselves we would return for another holiday.

An unforgettable holiday

The Cesa Rabanser apartments are an excellent choice for spending your holidays in the center of Ortisei, enjoying the enchanting natural wonders of Val Gardena (mountains, mountain pastures, meadows, trails, and mountain huts) and the kindness and hospitality of its people. The Rabanser family welcomed us with kind and sincere hospitality on Saturday, June 18th, to their ground-floor apartment, Marion, surrounded by a beautiful garden, in a central location. The apartment is meticulously maintained, very clean, and equipped with every comfort. We will gladly return next year.

Cozy apartment

Great location and cozy apartment (finally a perfect shower). The owners are friendly, unobtrusive people who were able to suggest excursions suited to our needs. Ortisei offers many options, from walks to more challenging hikes. It's definitely a destination we recommend to everyone.

Optimal

We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, exceptionally clean; I've never found a cleaner apartment. The Rabanser family, Mrs. Margareth and Mr. Herbert, were extremely polite and friendly, and were incredibly helpful, even the grandchildren played with our Giulia. Ortisei and Val Gardena were a real treat for us; we will return to this property and this valley. We definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommended

Excellent hostess. The apartment was very comfortable for a family with two small children like ours. The lady is very kind and helpful. Recommended for its location, view, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, basic yet welcoming furnishings. It's recently renovated, you can see it! It also has a small garden where children can play safely and a covered garage. I recommend it to anyone looking for a location that is also suitable for families.

Everything was perfect!

We (2 adults) stayed in the Nadia holiday apartment for a week. It met our expectations in every respect: clean, beautifully furnished, and the perfect size for two people! The hosts are simply unbeatable: their friendliness, warmth, and helpfulness are unparalleled – it couldn't be better. We sincerely thank the Rabanser family for the wonderful week we were able to spend in their beautiful apartment and house. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful holiday

We stayed with the Rabanser family in the Nadja apartment in August. The welcome was excellent, the place was clean and tidy. Appliances, dishes, and pots and pans... everything new! The furnishings were meticulously maintained... we felt right at home! Margareth and her husband are truly wonderful people, always smiling and ready to chat or offer suggestions for great hikes! Welcoming, but never intrusive! They even provided a crib and high chair for our baby... in short, we had everything we needed! We had a really great time! Letizia, Manuel and Alessandro

Summer vacation 2019

This was our second time staying with the Rabanser family, following our visit in 2017. We would like to mention the warm hospitality of our hosts first and foremost! The Ulli holiday apartment was the perfect accommodation for a comfortable holiday. It was very clean, practical, and quiet. The town center, ski lifts, and bus station are about a 15-minute walk away. The town has many shops, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. There's also a Spar supermarket. St. Ulrich and its surrounding villages are a paradise for hikers!
