Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property for a ski holiday with my family. The first positive is that it's one of the few friendly properties in the area. We immediately noticed the kindness of the lovely owner, right up until checkout. The location is top-notch, just 5 minutes from the ski lifts (you can walk there), as is the town center. Very close to everything. We found the apartment clean and well-maintained. The view is breathtaking. We already miss those heavenly awakenings. Highly recommended!

The best apartment we’ve ever stayed in!

The hostess welcomed us with truly uncommon courtesy and helpfulness! This spacious (70 sq m) and bright attic apartment (plenty of windows, including a skylight over the bathroom shower) features two bedrooms with spacious closets, a large dining room, and an eat-in kitchen. It's ideal for families with children, who can also play freely in the private garden below, equipped with a lawn, table, swings, and ping pong table. The view of Ortisei is stunning, and the town center and the school's large playground (always a plus for families with children!) are both nearby. Just steps from the Resciesa funicular, the apartment is an excellent base for many walks! Ample covered parking is available, and free public transportation is available. We immediately felt at home, Mrs. Rita is kind and available for any type of need! We highly recommend it!

Costa Apartment

This is our second time staying at the Costa apartments. Everything is in a great location, slightly outside of town but with a breathtaking view. Mrs. Costa is very hospitable and kind.

Great hospitality, help, and view!

I stayed in the Seceda apartment which had a beautiful view of Sassolungo. It was a good location in relation to the bus stops (10-minute walk). When we arrived, we were welcomed by Rita. She did not speak much English, but was patient with us and had her daughters translate. They helped us choose the hikes we needed to do, and we were even treated to Rita’s homemade dessert after coming back from one of our hikes. Rita was all smiles and a pleasure to meet!

Excellent location

We stayed in the Seceda apartment the first week of August, comfortable, quiet and with a beautiful view of Ortisei. The apartments are located in a truly strategic position, just a stone's throw from the ski lifts and the town center.

A week in the Pallua apartment

We were hosted by the very kind Mrs. Rita in the Pallua apartment, located on the first floor and featuring two bedrooms, a living room with a spectacular view of the Sassolungo, and an eat-in kitchen. It also features a spacious bathroom, a comfortable balcony, and a covered parking space. The apartment is very large and comfortable, bright, and furnished in Tyrolean style. The towels and dishes were also very well equipped (in addition to a washing machine, the apartment also has a dishwasher and, upon request, a microwave). But the real plus of the apartment (for us who had been to Ortisei before) is its location: very convenient for reaching the center and the Seceda and Resciesa ski lifts (even with small children) but already panoramic and far from heavy traffic. The children also really appreciated the beautiful garden available to guests, which was very relaxing for us adults too.

Stay June 2022

Centrally located in Ortisei, convenient to all amenities. The apartment had a stunning view, was very clean, and comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and always available if needed.

Wonderful holiday in Val Gardena

Strategic location in the heart of Val Gardena. Spacious and very comfortable apartment with breathtaking views of the Sassolungo, just steps from the center of Ortisei and the Resciesa cable car. Very comfortable apartment for a family stay

Spacious and comfortable apartment for a family stay. Excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the Seceda cable car and 5 minutes from the pedestrian area of Ortisei. Impeccably clean, and the owner, Rita, is kind and professional. Highly recommended.

A corner of paradise with a wonderful view of the Dolomites

Beautiful Ortisei, strategic location, warm and welcoming apartment

We stayed at the beginning of September in the Pallua apartment, large, spacious and well furnished. Equipped with every comfort, beautiful view from the terrace. Excellent location in a quiet area just minutes from the center, a stone's throw from the Rasciesa funicular. We thank Mrs. Rita for helping us with everything we needed, including advising us on suitable excursions. A wonderful experience, we will definitely return.

Have a nice holiday!

We spent two weeks with our family in Ortisei, enjoying excellent accommodation at the Costa property (Resciesa apartment). Comfortable, spacious, and convenient for the ski lifts and the center of Ortisei. The accommodation also included covered parking for the car and a beautiful garden with the possibility of using ping pong. Mrs. Rita, the owner of the house, was kind and helpful in giving us advice and suggestions for our trips. An accommodation that we appreciated and that I would definitely recommend.

Christmas holidays

We stayed in one of the Costa apartments for Christmas week. The apartment was very clean, functional, and welcoming, with a fantastic location and a very kind host. What can I say... a perfect holiday!
