Spotlessly clean and a welcoming host

Our stay was wonderful and left only positive impressions. The accommodation exactly matches the photos - everything looks fresh and well maintained. Inside it is spotless and cosy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchenware to fresh linens. It’s clear the hosts pay great attention to detail. Our highlights were: Cleanliness: Immaculate on arrival. Amenities: Fully equipped with a stove, cookware, coffee machine, kettle, and reliable Wi-Fi, all in perfect working order. The host was warm and welcoming, and always quick to respond, making both check-in and check-out smooth and effortless.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Ortisei

We stayed in the Saslonch apartment at Casa Rustica and do highly recommend it, for many reasons: Our host, Martina, was friendly and very helpful both during booking, and after we arrived. She was an excellent source of information about Ortisei and Val Gardena. She was responsive to any questions we had, but was also happy to leave us be and experience the area - a perfect host. We found the location of Casa Rustica perfect for our needs. Ortisei is a wonderful place that we are eager to return to when we can. Casa Rustica is located centrally in Ortisei, a few minutes’ walk from shops, restaurants, the center of town and multiple gondolas. At the same time, the neighbourhood was very quiet and pleasant. The Saslonch apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and so was the rest of the building of Casa Rustica. It is very well cared for and kept up by the hosts. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised on the website, what we had seen in the photos and description is exactly what we got. The WIFI connection was strong with fast internet. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and cutlery. The fridge and stove worked well, and the dishwasher was a very nice time-saving feature. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well each night. The bedroom has a large wardrobe that accommodated all our clothing. The balcony had a great view of the mountains, and was a very pleasant place to have breakfast and/or dinner, or just to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. Having access to a washing machine downstairs was also very useful.

Seven days of peace

My family and I were greeted warmly and provided with all the information we needed to feel right at home. We found a wonderful apartment for four with a magnificent view of the village and the Sassolungo.

Friendliness and tranquility

Beautiful days in Ortisei

We had a wonderful experience at Martina's house. It's very charming, furnished in a mountain style, and is just steps from the center of Ortisei. Martina was also incredibly kind and available to meet all our needs. When we return to Ortisei, we'll definitely know where to stay! ;)

Above expectations

The apartment, just steps from the center, has a wonderful view and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with spices and oil, and includes a dishwasher. The owners are very discreet, helpful, and friendly; a wonderful family. Very good accommodation

We were a family with one child (7 years old) and stayed in the Saslonch apartment. The apartment suited us perfectly. It is very well-equipped and cozy. It has a lovely balcony with a view of the Dolomites, where the sun shines almost all day. The location is good; everything is within 1 km (100m Resciesa lift, 300m Furnes lift, 700m Seiser Alm lift, 900m swimming pool, 350m town center). Casa Rustica is also a partner of the Mar Dolomit swimming pool, so guests can swim and relax every day. Martina (the owner) and her sister are very friendly and gave us all the important information. We would love to come back.

Family apartment on winter time

A great apartment, beautiful view on mountains, comfortable kitchen equipment and a good ski room. Quite close to ski slopes and to the centre. We spent there a relaxing and very happy time.

Great place in the heart of Val Gardena

We stayed in Casa Rustica nearly a week this summer. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. It is within walking distance of downtown Ortisei and the ski lifts (5 mins to the Funivie Seceda). The hosts were super nice when we booked the place and during the whole stay, we highly recommend Casa Rustica! Finally, fresh bread delivery service in the morning, easy parking (we didn't use our car during our stay) and the Val Gardena card are great amenities.

Special holidays

Ten fantastic days. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, perfect for a family with two children. It's a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian area and even closer to two ski lifts. The hosts were very friendly and always available to offer advice and help about the area. The price was below average for the area.
