Great apartment, perfect location for various excursions and hikes.

With you both, dear Mariele and Rudolf, we feel so incredibly well cared for! :-) The beautiful location surrounded by greenery, yet so close to the center, is simply wonderful. Jolie, our (somewhat challenging) dog, also feels very much at home here. We wish you many lovely guests and would love to come back again next year. This year we were fortunate enough to enjoy some lovely days in June and September! Warm regards

Very good all around

A fully equipped holiday apartment that left nothing to be desired. A very warm welcome with all the necessary information. A very friendly landlady who discreetly and unobtrusively provided information throughout the stay. Overall, a place to feel completely at ease. The location is very quiet, a short walk to the town center. Definitely worth a stay.

Well renovated and friendly owner

A great find in Selva di Val Gardena. The apartment is ideal for my family of four, located on the ground floor with a large outdoor area. The owner is welcoming, kind, and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Cozy atmosphere and great location

Dear Mariele, dear Rudolf It's been quite a while since we stayed with you. We're still basking in wonderful, memorable memories and truly appreciate your apartment and you all! Quietly situated yet close to everything, it was the "best accommodation" we could wish for with our dog Jolie! Relax and comfort

Maria is very attentive, and her apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The location is very convenient for reaching every corner of the valley, and the weekly public transport pass is a great service. We've been to Bressanone and all the villages in the valley. We've already been back twice, and it won't be the last. Highly recommended.

Simply beautiful inside and outside the house

Dear Maria, dear Rudolf, your apartment was our perfect choice! Uniquely situated, with views of the meadow and mountains, and so wonderfully peaceful! Even Jolie, our dog, felt right at home. You are such lovely hosts and always happy to help if we have any questions. The apartment (for 2 people) is beautifully furnished, and the wood-burning stove is absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect! We would love to come back and look forward to seeing you again!

Our vacation

On the edge of Selva Gardena, nestled in a splendid fir forest framed by verdant meadows, stands a building in the Gardena style: the Schlosser House, with its generous façade and extensive west-facing windows, and finely decorated openings reminiscent of ancient Tyrolean residences. Strong as a castle, gentle as a young lady, the structure appears reassuring and discreet. Being welcomed by the Ambach Mussner family becomes a special moment filled with kindness and true hospitality. Just as the ancient castellans used to do with those who faced a long journey. A genuine welcome, not a formal one, sincere and lively. The welcome cake, the smiles and compliments for the smooth journey. Time flies, and Maria accompanies us to our accommodation... Beautiful, clean, and comfortable, complete with everything we need. We feel at home and wish it could stay that way forever. Thank you.

Great stay

We stayed at Mrs. Maria's house in June 2021, in the two-room apartment. The apartment was excellent: spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, all in typical mountain style. Mrs. Maria was very kind and always careful to check if we needed anything, but there was no need for anything because everything was well-functioning. The kitchen was stocked with salt and sugar, dish soap, a dishwasher, and daily cleaning supplies. The garden is large, with plenty of space for a barbecue and sunbathing. We didn't use it because we were always busy going on beautiful walks... Instead, we took advantage of the free bus pass that was provided to us. If we have the chance, we will definitely return because the place is worth it, both as an apartment and as a location!

Fantastic

Beautiful place, perfect apartment! Spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wifi, garden with loungers, swing, and table, excellent location convenient to everything! Mrs. Maria and her husband are unique, very kind, and cheerful. I highly recommend it! Wonderful holiday, I've already confirmed my stay for next summer.

Everything perfect as always

Excellent stay

Winter holiday in the Schlosser apartment

We were in Val Gardena in January and were warmly welcomed by Maria. We felt very comfortable in our holiday apartment; it had everything we needed for a lovely, relaxing holiday. The breathtaking mountain views in the fantastic weather were a real treat, as was Maria's hospitality. From the cozy, warm ski room, it was just a short walk to the bus stop and then straight onto the slopes. We can definitely recommend the holiday apartment and will come back next year.
