Ski Week

The apartment is equipped with every comfort, clean, like new, with a good size and attention to detail. Close to the center of Selva, just a few minutes' walk away. Very close to the ski lifts: just cross the street to find the first chairlift that connects to the entire area. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The morning bread delivery service directly from the Selva bakery was top-notch! Definitely worth repeating.

Equipped with every comfort

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, and Petra is a wonderful host – friendly, reliable, and always easy to reach. The bread delivery service is excellent, and parking right in front of the apartment is free. The kitchen has a microwave (no oven), a two-burner cooktop, and various coffee makers (Nespresso, filter coffee machine, and percolator). The apartment is spotlessly clean and looks brand new. Tip: Order your ski passes online at least two days in advance (5% discount). You can pick them up from the machines upon arrival (these are located on the way to the apartment). This way, you can start your day on the slopes directly from the apartment using lift 33 and avoid waiting in line.

Wonderful New Year’s week

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment! The location is simply fantastic for skiers: just two minutes from the ski lift! The bread delivery service and towel changes are also very thoughtful and much appreciated! We'd love to come back again!

Very nice and high-quality holiday apartment

Overall, we had a very nice and relaxing holiday in the Nocker family's holiday apartment! The apartment is very well-appointed. We also really liked the bathroom with natural light. For a two-week stay, the wardrobe in the bedroom was, in our opinion, a bit small, but since there were only two of us, we were able to use an additional wardrobe in the kitchen-living room. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed before our arrival that there was no oven in the apartment. The immediate proximity to the bus stop and the free bus travel throughout South Tyrol are a big plus.

Holiday in freedom

We had a pleasant week's stay in the Marie apartment at the end of July. It was well-furnished and clean, equipped with every comfort. The bathroom was stocked with clean towels and bath sheets, which were changed mid-week. The hostess was very kind and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about the apartment, what to do, and how to access the various affiliated activities available to guests. She also provided us with a parking ticket valid for the entire week and a free bus ticket. The location of the apartment is close to the bus stop, making it perfect for exploring the surrounding towns. The morning bread service was also a real treat from Mrs. Petra. A truly memorable vacation!

Warm welcome and impeccably clean apartment

My husband and I, along with our two children, spent a week in the Marie apartment. We received a warm welcome from Mrs. Petra. The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is very convenient for hiking, and there's a bike path that allows you to walk to the village of Selva. I recommend it to everyone! We sincerely hope to return soon.

Dream vacation

Lovely, comfortable, well-maintained apartment, just the right size for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped and impeccably clean. The owner was always available, kind, and prompt in responding to any requests. The included parking was very convenient, and the fresh bread delivery service every morning was truly helpful. The location was also excellent, right in front of several bus stops. Everything was truly fantastic, we will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment

Beautifully furnished in wood, spacious, and equipped with excellent kitchen amenities. Located right above the Selva Plan bus stop. The mattresses are comfortable, the bathroom is modern and spacious. Pleasant mountain views. A five-minute drive from the center of Selva. Petra is available for any needs and for pleasant conversations. Bread delivery is available daily upon request. The Gardena Active Card and mobility pass are included, very useful! Great experience!

Very pleasant stay

I stayed in the Martina apartment with my wife and son. The apartment is spotless, equipped with every comfort, and very convenient to amenities. The owners are courteous and helpful. We really appreciated the free bus pass that allows you to travel throughout the valley. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, welcoming, clean, functional house

I stayed at the "Marie" apartment (Stoffel) with my daughters and our dog. Since we had our dog with us, I really appreciated the fact that the house is right next to the bike path that leads to the town center. I chose this apartment because of its beautiful location and also for the services offered by Gardena Active. We enjoyed some organized excursions. The added bonus was the morning bread delivery service. Everything was truly convenient. The owner was very kind and patient. Absolutely no complaints!

Ski holiday

Ideal location, quick access to the lift, direct entry to the Sella Ronda ski area, and ski buses in all directions stop right outside the door. Great bread roll delivery service for breakfast and helpful tips and recommendations from the landlady. Thank you!
