The house is located in the middle of a green meadow, far from the street noise. Enjoy the quiet home at the entrance of the town of Santa Cristina, and if you’re lucky, you may see some deers in front of your apartment. In a ten minute walk you arrive at the romantic waterfalls of "Tervela" below the "Monte Pana".
There are 3 apartments for 2-5 persons and 1 apartment for 4-8 persons in this house, built in the year 2010. There is a free garage for the guests. You can also use the deckchairs and sunshades on the private lawn in front of the house.
In a few minutes you arrive to the center of Santa Cristina. 300 meters from the house, there is a bus stop, which offers best connections to the other towns oft the valley, to the slopes and to the cities of South Tirol. A skiroom with bootheating is at guests’ disposal.
Apartments have balcony or terrace and are equipped with all comfort, like dishwasher, dishes and sat-TV. Also included are linen and towels.

Beautiful apartment and an excellent host

Villa Otto made our trip to the Dolomites special! Matthias (our excellent host) was there to great us when we arrived and gave us good, detailed info about the surrounding areas including maps and a link to the useful local web site. He offered great suggestions that really helped us plan our time. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. We also made use of the Wi-Fi and laundry facilities which were both great. The location was perfect and we were glad to have indoor parking. If we are lucky enough to visit the Dolomites again, we'd definitely pick Villa Otto as our home base.

A great stay

It is a very good equipped apartment - also very spacious. We have been provided with all things a 2-year-old child needs, from a high chair for eating, to a crib for sleeping, a cup and plate with children cutlery and even a potty was not missing. We could have our own bike depo, and we could use the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble drier. Also, the owner is very helpful and friendy. He told us about all the playgrounds near the apartment and which hikes are worth to go with a small child. Also, our dog was welcome. So all in one, it felt like home and I can only recommend coming here and find all the benefits on your own.

We have spent 2 excellent weeks in Villa Otto apartments. The apartment was very comfortable, big and clean. Matias was so nice to offer us a bigger apartment for the second week and it was much more convenient for us. Thank you one more time for this perfect vacation!

Great location, marvellous hosts

Villa Otto provided us with a comfortable, ideal location to explore the Val Gardenia for five glorious days in Spring. It was made even more enjoyable by our hosts, the Mussner family, who welcomed us warmly, shared their extensive local knowledge, and kept us informed of local developments like road maintenance. The apartment was spacious and modern, with good facilities. We used the apartment as a base for daily hikes to neighbouring towns, to the Alpe di Suisi, and Corvara. This isn't peak season for the region, but the scenery is no less stunning, there are no crowds, and there are enough facilities operating to appreciate what the Dolomites offer. Enough to tempt us back again.

Great vacation place

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Otto in early March 2013: picturesque location, spacious, bright, spotless clean and warm apartment, very friendly and helpful hosts, fast wi-fi. The mattresses were comfortable, on the firm side. The elevator in the house made it easy to move skies and luggage up and down the stairs. We took a ski bus to the ski areas and to the villages. The nearest bus stop was within a 5-10 minutes walk from the house. To go to the bus stop or to the village, one has to take a few steep steps from the house up to the road; was not an issue for us but may present a problem to someone with reduced mobility.

Very nice and new apartments

Very nice, clean and new apartments. Super cool with big garage, where we could load and unload all our stuff. Good ski room and dryer for boots. All necessary equipment in the apartment. Extremely nice hosts/owners. Very recommendable.
