Welcome to Villa Prinoth in Sankt Ulrich!
The villa is located in a convenient position, close to the swimming pool, the shopping centre, the ski schools and ski lifts, thus representing an ideal starting point for ski tours in winter and amazing hikes in summer. Moreover it is just a short walk to the closest playground for children.
The house offers five holiday apartments fully equipped with all amenities. Ski room, ski boot dryer, private parking and garage are also at the guests’ disposal. Upon request you can use a washing machine too. Internet wifi is available free of charge in all apartments.

Perfect stay

Brand new apartment, tastefully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Exceptional views of both the city center (easily accessible on foot or by escalator) and the mountains. The owners are always kind and helpful. We highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Very friendly owners. Close to the center of Ortisei and convenient for all kinds of excursions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful holiday

I spent 15 days with a friend at this property, which I highly recommend. The staff were incredibly kind, it was spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and very conveniently located near the center of Ortisei, with a breathtaking view... so it will definitely be my next destination.

Pleasant stay in Ortisei

We spent a week in the ground-floor two-room apartment and had a wonderful time. It was well-equipped and spacious. The property's location is convenient for both the ski lifts and the city center. A free bus ticket and pool entrance are also included for the entire week. Highly recommended.

Windows like postcards

Comfortable and well-maintained apartment. We stayed in the Type D apartment, which is large and well-organized, and in a stunning location. The property is very close to the center and the ski lifts. The view is enviable; from the windows, you can enjoy a postcard-perfect panorama. The owner is kind and helpful. We'll be back.

Great facility... We’ll be back!

The property is very beautiful and welcoming, very close to the center and all amenities, shops, and ski lifts. The view is spectacular. We stayed in apartment B, a comfortable two-room apartment, and then moved to the apartment with a truly beautiful and comfortable garden. The owners were very kind, especially the lady... Very sweet and helpful. We had a wonderful time... We'll be back!

It’s worth it

Four of us stayed in apartment A, which can also accommodate six people and is very well furnished. Ortisei is worth a visit for its cleanliness and organization (the price includes a free bus card for the entire Val Gardena area, all the way to Bolzano, as well as free admission to the local indoor and outdoor pools with sauna). The owners are very kind. We'll definitely return.
