The house Waldheim is a small family-run business located in St. Ulrich-Gröden, in the Dolomites. The house is in a quiet, central location and offers a large garden with adjacent parking space. You can reach the centre of St. Ulrich in five minutes by foot, without having to go uphill. The apartment is on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden, equipped with tables and sun loungers. The apartment (maximum 4 persons) has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a kitchen/living room, which contains one or two extra beds. The apartment is equipped with the usual modern comforts including satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, dishwasher and coffee machine.

A pleasant holiday

We stayed at this property for 15 days and had a wonderful time. The owner and her family were very kind and welcoming. The property was fully equipped, including a wide selection of kitchen and cleaning supplies. The location, slightly outside the city center but close by, was a plus for us. We thank the owner and her family for a pleasant stay.

Silence and tranquility

We stayed for 10 days in one of the apartments in this welcoming house. The location is very convenient, close to the center of Ortisei and all its amenities. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the free public transportation throughout the valley, and the free access to the Mar Dolomit swimming pool. Ruth and Giuseppe Latella

Relax and lots of comfort

My husband and I spent wonderful days in this apartment in September. Mrs. Sieglinde graciously welcomed our dog and provided us with lots of information and ideas for our vacation. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has a private entrance. It's fully equipped, even with a dishwasher. Perhaps the only thing missing is a microwave, which I personally use a lot. The apartment also has a parking space in the garden and is conveniently located, very close to the town center yet in a quiet area near the stream. Overall, we felt right at home, free to explore as we wished. Numerous walking routes start from there, including the Despar supermarket, just 250 meters away. Excellent value.

Comfort

Very convenient location for reaching ski areas, ski school, and the town center. The entrance to the Mar Dolomit swimming pool included for the entire stay was much appreciated. Apartment equipped with everything you need.
