Three-room apartment located on the first floor of a restored building in the heart of the village of Piano di Commezzadura. The completely renovated apartment is generously sized with a splendid view of the mountains. There is a large double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and a washing machine, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed, and a small room that can be transformed into a single bedroom if necessary.
Additionally, there is a closed and heated room for storing winter equipment and, during summer, bicycles and sports equipment.
In the village, you can find a minimarket, a bar, and an excellent restaurant, with many other services available within a very short distance. The beautiful cycle path that runs through the entire valley can be accessed quickly from the structure.
The Daolasa ski lift, less than 1 km away, provides direct access to the ski slopes, connecting you to Marilleva, Folgarida, and Madonna di Campiglio.
