Perfect management!

A place we'll definitely return to, beyond Val di Sole, which needs no recommendation. The apartment is very well-maintained and well-managed by the agency. The apartment is in a great location with a lovely terrace where you can relax and/or sunbathe. The agency staff was very friendly and available at all times for any need. We had a great time.

Always welcoming

We've been guests of Vacanze Casa at the Albare residence for several years during the winter and have always had the staff's availability, organization, and search for the best solution for us. This year, they proved to be an even more attentive and helpful agency, even during such a challenging time, in finding the right apartment for the right time and at the right price. Thanks to Mrs. Anna, who was always available by phone for any issues we encountered. We will definitely continue to use them for our holiday in Val di Sole.

Optimal

We went as a couple of families and had a great time, I'd do it again. The location was also excellent for both walks in the woods and for hikes around the area.

Comfortable apartment

I stayed for a week in one of the two-room apartments in Marilleva 900 with my girlfriend. The location is convenient for getting around, being close to the provincial road that runs through the Val di Sole and the bike path, as well as adjacent to the Marilleva train station. Marilleva 900 itself offers very few amenities, but the center of Mezzana is not far away, and the same can be said for the other villages in the valley. We found the apartment clean and comfortable. The structure and furnishings are a bit dated, but while the apartment isn't aesthetically pleasing, it's still well-maintained, and we encountered no practical problems. We used the kitchen regularly, which was fully equipped; the only thing missing is an oven, should you wish to use one. Our apartment did, however, have a microwave. Bed, kitchen, and bath linens are not included, as stated in the listing. Another plus is the large balcony overlooking the village of Mezzana, equipped with loungers. The only downside is that the bedroom window overlooks the shared balcony used for access to the rooms, and has no shutters or blinds, just glass and heavy curtains. We didn't experience any problems, however. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A welcoming place

A vacation at the Vacanze Casa apartment was a rewarding and memorable experience for us (grandparents with two grandchildren). The spacious apartment can accommodate six people. The friendly staff were welcoming and helpful, and answered all our questions and provided directions. It's a shame that the holiday only lasted 11 days, but we will consider returning with more friends.

Excellent location and more

The apartment we rented is in an ideal location: opposite the cable cars and just 800 meters from the center of Mezzana. It allows for easy access to all the splendid destinations in the Val di Sole. It's just a one-minute bike ride from the fantastic cycle path that connects the entire valley. It's in a quiet location: all you can hear are the happy swallows and the rushing Noce River, and it has a lovely little terrace for enjoying the cool evening breeze and the enchanting mountain views. Just 50-100 meters away are bars, bike and ski rentals, and the train station that connects much of the valley, convenient for returning from bike rides. The Casa Vancanze staff has always been not only very kind and courteous, but also extremely helpful in offering advice on how to best enjoy the valley. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Residence with a view!

Located above the Hotel Sporting. Yes, right above a hotel! Clean apartments with a large terrace and views of the Dolomites. Even during peak periods, you'll enjoy privacy, as there are only 4/5 apartments with private entrances and the Vacanze Casa agency is right next door for any needs. Nicely furnished and clean. The price for this period is absolutely excellent. Amenities are a 10-minute walk away in Mezzana. Wi-Fi included. Highly recommended!

Have a nice holiday in Val di Sole

This apartment is located in the Marilleva residential complex, which, from the outside, doesn't blend in well with the mountain landscape. Inside, however, the apartment is functional and spacious (nice terrace, double bed perhaps a little small). The included Summer Card is very convenient (many free activities for children). Mrs. Anna, who manages the rentals, is very kind and helpful. Overall, it is therefore a good value for money. We'll be back.
