Apartments Kleinvenedig 

Almost perfect!

Convenient location to Ranui and the bus stops. The owners are hospitable and helpful, hardworking... even the wife was out shoveling snow and scrubbing the stairs every morning! Upon arrival, a lovely plate of cookies and delicious homemade mini Zelten were served. On Christmas Eve, they even wished us a Merry Christmas and brought us panettone! Snowshoes and sleds are available. The three of us stayed in the ground-floor apartment with two bedrooms and, incredibly, three bathrooms, unfortunately all with showers but not even a bidet like in many local hotels. The kitchen is missing a few utensils, such as serrated knives, large mugs, only four glasses, and no non-stick pots or pans... but there is a potato masher, and no dish drainer. A strange thing: part of the light from the entrance to the shared stairs lights up in the apartment's corridor, which is therefore illuminated at any time of night! We will definitely be back, especially considering the excellent value for money and the kindness of the owners.

First time in Val di Funes

We spent a vacation in the first week of September, our first time in Val di Funes, and we chose the Kleinvenedig Apartments. The house is in S. Maddalena, just outside the town center, near the bus stop. You can take the bus for free, along with other public transportation, with the "Dolomiti Mobil Card," which the owners gave us (very useful!). The apartment we chose had two bedrooms (there were three of us), two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a second-floor terrace. We were happy with our choice as it was comfortable, clean, and we immediately felt at home. Almost every evening at sunset, we would wander near the famous Ranui Church to try and capture the perfect shot. And the satisfaction of taking a bit of that atmosphere home with us. The scents and beauty were there. Recommended.
