Welcome to the Lexhof.
The farm is located at on the sunny hills of Telfes 1150 m above the sea level, in very quiet and sunny location, 10 km from the town of Sterzing, with its historic city center.
Here you will find peace and relaxation in a picturesque mountain scenery with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, the Ridanna Valley and the majestic castle "Wolfsthurn" in the nearby village Mareta.
There are numerous hiking trails in the Ridanna and Racines Valley for active vacation.
In winter the ski slopes Racines / Giovo, Monte Cavallo e Ladurns, and the 60-km-long slopes in Ridanna represent the main attractions of the area.
The house offers a 80 sqm apartment that can host up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room (satellite TV, free Wi-Fi) and a south-facing terrace.

Panoramic apartment

Mountain-view apartment with a beautiful balcony, framed by multicolored flowers, which Claudia (the owner) had undoubtedly decorated especially for us guests. Fresh summer air and the scent of meadow flowers, characterizing the fascinating biodiversity of these lovely places. The farmhouse is located far from the noise of the city and immersed in pristine nature. But above all, it is convenient for all the nearby destinations: Casateia, Mareta, Stanghe (with its waterfalls), Vipiteno, as well as the easily accessible mountain trails. The owners were incredibly kind and hospitable. Claudia and her husband were very attentive from day one. Jacky, the property's guardian, let us pet him, even though he was a very wary and somewhat intimidating mountain guard dog. His joy and sweet smile come to mind when we gave him a large sausage, which he greedily devoured! And then there was Kira, a tiny, beautiful kitten, who roamed the garden. And let's not forget the neighbor's adorable goats... so many little animals. We spent a peaceful and quiet holiday. The apartment was equipped with everything you need: plenty of dishes, sheets, and blankets—I don't know... everything you need for a vacation, especially a long one. At Claudia's, you only need to bring your strictly personal belongings. The apartment was clean, and the linens smelled freshly laundered. The apartment was comfortable, thanks in part to its large, bright rooms. During our stay last July, Claudia took care to update us on the summer season's events program. We really appreciated the owners' privacy: they were unobtrusive, reserved, and very generous. We will never forget this holiday where we left our hearts in Lexhof but Lexhof also left its in ours. Highly recommended.

Appartamento panoramicissimo

Appartamento con vista montagna con un balcone bellissimo, incorniciato da fiori multicolori, che Claudia (la proprietaria) aveva sicuramente abbellito appositamente per noi ospiti. Aria fresca d’estate e profumo di fiori di prato, caratterizzanti l’affascinante biodiversità di questi luoghi ameni. Agriturismo ubicato in una zona lontano dai rumori della città e immerso nella natura più incontaminata. Ma soprattutto comodo per raggiungere tutte le destinazioni più vicine: Casateia, Mareta, Stanghe (con le sue cascate), Vipiteno, nonché i sentieri di montagna facilmente percorribili.
Proprietari gentilissimi e ospitali. Claudia è stata dal primo giorno molto premurosa insieme al marito. Jacky, il guardiano della struttura, si è fatto carezzare nonostante fosse un cane da guardia di montagna molto diffidente e che incuteva un po’ di timore. Viene alla mente la sua gioia e il suo sorriso dolcissimo quando gli abbiamo regalato un wurstel grande che ha gustato voracemente! E poi Kira, gattino piccollissimo e bellissimo, che vagava nel giardino. E da non dimenticare le caprette del vicino graziosissime...! Tanti animaletti.
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza all’insegna della serenità e del silenzio. L’appartamento era corredato di tutto il necessario: stoviglie in abbondanza e lenzuola e coperte e non so... tutto quanto ci vuole per una vacanza soprattutto lunga. Da Claudia devi portare solo le tue cose strettamente personali. Pulizia sia della appartamento sia della biancheria da casa che profumava di bucato. Comfort dell’appartamento, grazie anche alle sue stanze grandi e luminose.
Durante il nostro soggiorno dello scorso luglio, Claudia si preoccupava di aggiornarci sul programma degli eventi della stagione estiva.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la riservatezza dei proprietari: persone non invadenti, riservate e molto generose.
Non dimenticheremo mai questa vacanza in cui noi abbiamo lasciato il nostro cuore a Lexhof ma anche Lexhof ha lasciato il suo nel nostro.

The welcome was wonderful, even the place we stayed in was "Mareta," a very quiet little village... perfect for those seeking tranquility! The apartment was very spacious and clean, and the owners were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Ski week

We just stayed at this beautiful property for a skiing holiday. The apartment is very large, well-equipped, well-maintained, and very clean. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the surrounding area is very peaceful. Perfect for relaxing, it's just a few minutes' drive from Vipiteno and the nearby ski resorts. The owners, Claudia and Werner, are very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended and, hopefully, will be back.

Gorgeous apartment!

My wife and I stayed at the Lexhof farmhouse for three days in early September, and I have to say it was perfect. We stayed in a truly spacious apartment with a balcony and a stunning view. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with every comfort, and not to be underestimated was the stable and fast internet connection, which allowed us to work without any problems. Furthermore, Claudia, the owner, was friendly and helpful, assisting us throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, just 7 minutes from the center of Vipiteno. I won't say anything else except that I will return to this property as soon as I have the opportunity to return to Vipiteno. Highly recommended!
