The Martlerhof is a farm with a lot of tradition, located in a quiet area above the Maulsertal. Surrounded by meadows and forests, the family-friendly farm invites you to experience the everday life on a farm in South Tyrol. Higher located than the village of Mauls, you have a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding hamlets Ritzail, Egg, Flains and Förche. Located in a sunny place over the Himmelreichschlucht, you can start here to hike to the Pfunderer Höhenweg in the Sengestal, to the Wilde See and the Wilde Kreuzspitze. From Ritzail you can hike to the Valser Joch and the Fane alp. You can also hike with snowshoes in winter. The next ski slope, Rosskopf in Sterzing, is reachable in 15 minutes by car.
