The right place to spend a relaxing holiday

The Martlerhof farmhouse is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The owners, wonderful people, welcomed us in the best possible way. They also offered an extraordinary homemade herbal syrup. Delicious breakfasts, featuring raw milk, jams, yogurt, and butter. The apartment was comfortable, new, clean, and impeccable. We had a truly wonderful time with our three children, who ran around in the grounds surrounding the property. The view was breathtaking! Thank you for everything. See you soon.

Perfect apartment on a farm

Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean, equipped with everything you need, guaranteed comfort! The location is stunning, above the village of Mules, at the top of a valley about 15 minutes from Vipiteno; absolute peace and quiet, thanks in part to the owners who are so kind yet respectful of your privacy. The scent of wood and hay is unforgettable, as are the beautiful sunsets from the panoramic terrace!

Spectacular farmhouse...

I stayed with my family and dog at this beautiful farm in August. Words cannot describe the beauty of the place and the kindness of all the farm owners. Breakfast was excellent, and waking up to the smell of hay was unparalleled... We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful place

A secluded farm just above the village of Mules. The apartment offers magnificent views, peace, and quiet. The apartment is equipped with all comforts: towels, linens, dishes, and even a washer and dryer. Detergents for various appliances and toilet paper are also provided. The lovely terrace has tables and a swing, but inside the apartment you'll also find deck chairs. The room is spacious and equipped with closets. The bathroom has two sinks and a nice shower. Everything is spotless and comfortable. The owners are kind and respectful of our privacy, and they also delighted us with milk, eggs, and typical South Tyrolean dishes. The courtyard has swings, a slide, and a trampoline for the little ones.

Perfect for families with small children

We spent five days in this very peaceful place, just 15 minutes from Vipiteno. We stayed in the Papavero Rosso apartment with three children (aged 2, 4, and 5). The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there are plenty of board games for both adults and children. The bathroom is quite large with a nice shower. The large bedroom can comfortably accommodate one double bed and four single beds. Finally, the well-maintained garden is home to two cats, making it a perfect base for a relaxing getaway. The agriturismo also offers guests the Active Card!

A nice weekend in March

We stayed at this farmhouse over the first long weekend in March. We were two families, one of five (3 children) and one of four (2 children). The farmhouse is located in a very quiet area, outside the small village of Mules. The landscape is stunning, with an enchanting view of the valley. The apartments are bright, spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-furnished, each with its own terrace (you can eat outside in the summer!). The kitchen is well-equipped, so much so that in the evenings the two families would gather together and have dinner together. There are also board games (cards, checkers, etc.) and other games like skittles, beach tennis, etc. available for adults and children. The bedroom is on the upper floor and is also spacious and very comfortable, sleeping six comfortably. The apartments are well-heated, and, a nice touch, the heated bathroom floors... super! The ski areas (Racines, Monte Cavallo, Ladurns) are about 15-20 minutes away. The owners are friendly and helpful. We're already considering returning, perhaps towards the end of the summer.

Comfort in the mountains

My family (five of us in total) stayed in the "Papavero Rosso" apartment over the Carnival long weekend. The house is tucked away from the town, in a wonderful location with mountain views, surrounded by tranquility, yet Vipiteno is just a 15-minute drive away. We stayed here in the winter and weren't able to take advantage of the many well-marked trails and walks just steps from the house. However, we enjoyed the enchanting snow-covered panorama from the house, which features large windows and a spacious terrace, perfect for outdoor dining in warmer weather. The living area was well-equipped (oven, dishwasher, DVD player, TV, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery), and the bathroom was spacious, with a shower that was almost like a spa—a real treat after a day out in the snow. The sleeping area, accessed by a wide spiral staircase, had plenty of space and comfortable beds (a double bed and four single beds). The apartment was clean, warm, and the wooden furnishings were comfortable. There was a convenient covered parking space for our car. The hostess was helpful and kind to our every request, and the quality/price ratio was good.

Welcoming and family-friendly

Beautiful farmhouse. The owners are extremely kind and always ready to accommodate every need. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is fully equipped and spotless. A washing machine is available for use, which is very convenient for families with children. The farm's products are delicious and authentic. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean.
