The chalet is located at an altitude of 200 metres and has six bedrooms: four bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds.
It also has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms, two of which have a shower/bathtub and bidet.
The wellness area at this chalet includes a sauna and a hot tub.
This property offers the opportunity to fully experience the mountains, providing a unique holiday in a place surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the entire Livigno valley and the surrounding peaks. Green in summer and white in winter: a view to fall in love with.
Located five minutes from the centre, it is close to the ski slopes, walking trails, the cycle path along the river, the Livigno Dairy, the Aquagranda Wellness & Swimming Pool Centre, the supermarket and renowned shops and nightclubs. At the end of the path is the bus stop, from where you can reach the centre in a few minutes.
