The Confortola family welcomes you to Chalet Resin. Spring, summer, autumn or winter: breathe the magical atmosphere throughout Valtellina, the best place to relax, have fun and more. This chalet is the perfect choice for skiers or snowboarders, as it is directly on the ski slopes of the gondola Cassana n. 30.
You can start your day with your skis already attached to your feet and get up to the Carosello 3000 ski area. If you prefer, the free skibus stops just 20 meters far from the house and in few minutes will take you to the Mottolino Ski Area and the main lifts, starting point of over 100 km of slopes.
There are also more than 40 km of cross-country skiing tracks for different levels of expertise. The town center with its shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Moreover, Valtellina offers endless possibilities for peaceful walks, gratifying excursions, mountain bike trips and much more. Chalet Resin in particular is close to the Federia Valley, an uncontaminated valley renowned for its quiet and untouched nature.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, is very comfortable and furnished in such a way that you will immediately feel like at home, featuring safe, Wi-Fi, duvets and bed linen, as well as toiletries. Towels are provided upon request. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and dishes, including sponges, detergents and dishwasher tablets.
Available upon request: baby bed, table chair, stroller and baby sitting service. The accommodation includes private parking, garage and ski deposit with with ski-boots warmer. During the summer season guests can enjoy sunny days in the garden, equipped with deck chair, gazebo area, barbecue and table.
