Chalet Sebastian is located in the centre of San Rocco - Livigno and Carosello 3000 ski area, just a few steps from quality restaurants and shops.
The chalet offers a wonderful view of the western side of the Livigno valley; the ski slopes are within walking distance (5 minutes from the Ski lift 18) and the other areas of Livigno can be reached by (free) bus (the bus stop is just 50 meters from the chalet).
In summer, the meadow behind the chalet is the right place to relax and feel the contact with nature; moreover, it is the starting point for hiking tours. In winter, the meadow is covered with snow and it can be reached on skis.
A big parking place is available behind the chalet.
