Apartments Baita Clementina 

Baita Clementina is situated in Via Rasia, a sunny and quite place a stone’s throw from the bus stop of the free skibus (about 100 m), not far from the centre of Livigno (about 500 m) and the pedestrian area (about 1 km): concerning the winter season, the apartments are located about 800 m from the Cassana gondola (number 30), which grants direct connection with the Carosello 3000 ski area. Regarding the summer season, the apartments are in a strategic location to reach the walking paths of the Livigno Nord Area (Val Federia, Val Alpisella, Val Viera and more). The access of the pedestrian and cycle path is about 5/10 minutes on foot from the house (450 m) with a picnic area and a kids play area; the touristic dairy store is situated on the parallel road. In about 10 minutes you can reach the Aquagranda wellness centre and the artificial lake of Livigno, which is now navigable and where you can find an outdoor free wifi area as well as quad and ski doo rentals.
In short distance from the apartments you can find: restaurants (La Calcheira, Adele, La Rusticana, La Locanda), grocery shops (Market Lorenz, Market Pedretti), duty free shops and a self-service laundry (Le Bolle). Very close to the house (about 400 m) you will find ski and bike rental shop, Mountain Planet.
In both the apartments a wifi area with private password is available, the cost is included in the final rental price. Baita Clementina offers two apartments coming in different sizes, from 2 to 10 beds, as well as two car parking in front of the house, two covered parking spots (one for each apartment) and a covered skiroom.
