The apartment is traditionally furnished in wood in Alpine style, not modern, in a historic mountain house with private entrance. It is located in the center of Livigno, on the shopping street, two minutes from the Central Ski School and the Tagliede-Costaccia ski lifts, close to bars, cafes, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, shops of all kinds, boutiques, cooperative and parapharmacy. Located on the mezzanine floor, it has a large covered veranda outside with chairs, table and deck chairs; two bedrooms with beds and additional bed for storing suitcases.
