The Family Bormolini is pleased to welcome you in the apartments "Case Mara & Marco".
The two houses are located close to each other in a very quiet position, 700 meters from the restricted traffic zone and 400 meters from the Cassana Gondola, which connects the district of whole Carosello 3000 Ski Area. At only 10 meters, immediately closed to our private parking, there is the free bus stop.
There are 5 apartments, that range from a minimum of 2 up to 9 guests.
All the apartments have been designed and built to accommodate families with kids, for children there is a large lawn property with a playground where they can run and play safely.
In summer, families can relax, prepare a barbecue using the grill, tables and chairs, enjoy the flowered balconies and sunbathing while the children are playing.
For babies, camping beds with linens and table seats are available.
For bikers there is a storage room to keep bikes, whereas in the winter season there is a ski storage room with boot dryers.
The family Bormolini will be encharged of the cleaning of house as well for the bed linens and towels; the family will be at you disposal for any further needs or requests. Pets are not allowed.
All apartments are equipped with a satellite TV, safe and hairdryer.
The facility participates to the promotions "Family Week" and "Ski-pass Free".
The minimum stay in high season is for 7 nights with a planning arranged from Saturday to Saturday. In low season the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Prices include: bed linens and towels, water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, rubbish, final cleaning and free parking for our guests.
