Comfort and cleanliness

The apartment was meticulously finished, but above all, spotlessly clean. The location is excellent: just put on your skis and you're at the Cassana gondola lift, where there's a ski rental shop. The bus stop is just a few meters from the apartment. We had a wonderful week and are sure to return next year.

Comfortable and equipped with everything

Comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious apartment. Its location is excellent, just outside the city center, making it quiet but well-equipped. A washing machine would be truly exceptional.

Holiday in Livigno

We liked it!

We rented two apartments in Casa Pedretti and we liked it very much. The apartments are spacious, well equipped and very warm. They are located in a good place in Livigno, just a few meters from the skibus stop and five minutes from the first ski track. The hosts are very friendly. We will be back here next year!

Holidays at Casa Pedretti

We spent two weeks, three of us plus our cat, in the beautiful, recently renovated Stella Alpina apartment, located in a quiet area and quite close to the center of Livigno. Mrs. Pedretti was very welcoming, always available and discreet, especially regarding the possibility of using the washing machine available at the Pedretti apartments.

Week at the Pedretti house

A truly relaxing week. The apartments are spacious and welcoming (we were five adults). The location is strategic, away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet just a few minutes' walk from the city center. Close to the starting points for various excursions, we never used the car except for dinner at one of the many renowned restaurants within 3 or 4 km of the apartment.

Excellent structure

Recently renovated, well-furnished apartment in a great location near the center of Livigno, with excellent public transportation links. A small grocery store is nearby. The owner is extremely helpful and available for any needs. Our stay in Livigno was excellent, thanks to the beauty of the area and the facilities. Public transportation, including buses, is free and provides excellent service. Gas costs just over a euro a liter, and the apartment rental prices are excellent. We will definitely return to this wonderful town.

Living room at Casa Pedretti

Our stay at Casa Pedretti was excellent. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location, just a few hundred meters from the center in a quiet area yet convenient to amenities, with a shuttle stop and grocery store right next door. The owner was extremely helpful with any needs.
