The room was clean, with a great view from the balcony. The B&B was conveniently located for exploring the area. Maria, the owner, is a kind and friendly lady. Her morning syrups for breakfast were excellent.

Very nice days in a quiet location

Great holiday!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is scenic yet easy to reach. The town center is just a few minutes' walk away, as are the slopes, which can be accessed via side shortcuts without having to move the car. The rooms are quiet, well-heated, very cute, well-maintained, and welcoming, as is the entire house. Comfortable beds, a well-equipped bathroom, a hairdryer, and a very useful rack. Extremely clean, and the room smells fresh and clean. Wonderful views from the balcony, private entrance, warm room for ski boots, and a ski garage with direct access to the parking lot. A generous breakfast is served in a room decorated in the style of a traditional mountain home. Lots of little touches make for a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The owner is very kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Easter in the snow

Friendly and welcoming staff; easy access to the ski slopes, a 10-minute walk from La Villa town center; good value, convenient parking, and a warm ski and boot storage area.

Cozy accommodation

A very welcoming and cozy place to stay, where we felt very comfortable. The ski lifts are within walking distance, which is a big plus. The extensive breakfast is excellent. We would gladly come back.

Weekly holiday in Val Badia

Friendly and informal atmosphere, with ample outdoor parking. Excellent value. Also noteworthy is the possibility for guests to use the refrigerator and a kitchen in the basement for storing and consuming evening meals in the communal breakfast area. The thermal comfort of the bathrooms could be improved; bidets are missing.

Beautiful guesthouse near the ski lifts and the main street of La Villa

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The family is incredibly welcoming. The accommodation doesn't have many rooms, which makes it feel more personal. The furnishings aren't the most modern, but they have a lot of charm, everything is very clean, and the rooms are relatively spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal for skiers, as the ski lifts are just a 10-minute walk away. A supermarket and the restaurants on the main street are also within a 15-minute walk. Overall, it offers very good value for money.

At home

We've been staying at the Elmes for several years. The friendliness, kindness, and hospitality of the Frenes family always make us feel at home and leave us with fond memories of returning to their property every year. Holidays in the Dolomites

Welcoming and clean

A welcoming place, run by friendly and kind people. They make up your room every day. The breakfast buffet features local cured meats and jams. Located a 5-minute walk from the slopes and 10 from the town center. By car, you're less than 10 minutes from Corvara and San Cassiano. I'll definitely be back.
