Welcome to the familiar led Bed and Breakfast Kiniger residence, which is particularly known for its cleanliness and its perfect location. The village of Sesto in Northern Italy (1.310m height) is surrounded by mountains and the house is an ideal starting point to discover the area.
In summer there are many opportunities to catch! Many hikes, walks and bike rides start from the house. Here you can find everything for your holiday without using your car: you can hike, swim, climb, cycle, practice nordic walking or paragliding, play tennis or mini golf or just relax!
In wintertime right in front of the house you find a ski lift for children, a ski kindergarten, the meeting point of the ski school and the entrance to the long running paradise of Alta Pusteria. In only five minutes walk you can reach the lifts to the mountain Helm and the ski bus stop to the area of Rotwand with the 4,5 km long slide run.
The ice skating rink, the alpine curling alley, the aprés ski, the tennis hall and the indoor climbing tower are also nearby.
