Welcoming traditional family-run B&B

We felt so warmly welcomed by Barbara and her family to this beautiful and traditional B&B. This was the first time our daughters had visited the mountains and tried skiing, and we were able to do this with their cousins by taking over a few of the rooms. Breakfast included an amazing selection of seeds, nuts, cereals, yogurt and homemade jams, plus fresh bread and cold meats. The setting is gorgeous with a view over the valley. We very much hope to return!

Four beautiful days

We stayed at this 17th-century farmhouse after Christmas. It was a wonderful experience, like feeling right at home. Maria and Barbara are kind and very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is warm and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast features homemade cakes and jams. We will definitely be back; it's a place that has stayed in our hearts and where you can experience true South Tyrolean culture. Thank you for the wonderful welcome!

Wonderful stay

We stayed over New Year's Eve. The 17th-century farmhouse is beautiful, quaint, and comfortable. The Stauder family was very hospitable, kind, and attentive. We felt right at home! We'll definitely be back.

Panorama and tranquility

A stunning location with an enchanting view of the Dolomites, located near the towns of San Candido and Dobbiaco, yet away from traffic. Maria and Barbara are incredibly friendly and professional. The room is furnished in typical Tyrolean style. Good breakfast.

Splendid ancient farmhouse

One of the most wonderful experiences we've ever had. Barbara and Maria are two truly kind people, always attentive to our every need. And what about the accommodation? A charming old farmhouse, located just a short distance from San Candido and Dobbiaco. You can breathe in the scents and flavors of old-world homes, yet everything is meticulously cared for and immaculately clean. Our room had a wonderful view of the Baranci! The breakfast room (delightful!) is a welcoming old-fashioned stube. We'll definitely be back!

Feels like home

The property is very close to Dobbiaco and San Candido, in a quiet location on a secondary road. In the morning, the view from the room’s balcony is simply stunning. The rooms, breakfast area, and shared spaces are spotless and always well kept. Breakfast is truly a highlight: local jams, honey, and milk, fresh bread, dried fruit, cold cuts, cakes—just perfect for starting the day right. And then there are the hosts, Barbara and Maria—welcoming, kind, and always ready with excellent tips to help you make the most of your time in the area. It genuinely feels like home.

Four relaxing days

My husband and I spent three nights at this agriturismo and had a wonderful time. Highlights include the breakfast, featuring authentic products, butter and milk from their cows, and the cakes baked by Barbara and Maria, who are always kind and helpful.

A paradise in the middle of nature

Great find!

Peace and tranquility characterize the location of this farmhouse overlooking the valley. Barbara and her family were simply wonderful, always available and welcoming. It was a wonderful discovery, definitely worth returning!

Like at home

The farm is history! We felt at home, pampered, and rested. The location is close to the center but also offers a panoramic view and a quiet atmosphere. Barbara is very kind and offers a wide variety of homemade delicacies for breakfast. The room for our family was spacious, simple, yet comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Feeling at home and among family

Friendliness, kindness, helpfulness, and serenity. These are all characteristics that distinguish the Mitterfeichterhof and its family. Impeccable cleanliness and a generous, authentic breakfast. The rooms are warm and welcoming. From its location (very close to both the center of Dobbiaco and San Candido) you can enjoy an incredible view, whether in the sun or in the snow. The host family is available to try to accommodate any request, kindly taking care of every detail and making the property available as if it were our own home. I highly recommend staying here, thanks again and hopefully see you soon!
