Great experience

We stayed in one of their apartments from September 2nd to 12th, 2025, and had a wonderful time. The owners are truly wonderful people, always available for anything. The house is in a very quiet location, very close to Dobbiaco. An experience we'll definitely repeat.

Beautiful living room

Excellent welcome

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. The owner invited us to bring whatever we didn't eat for breakfast as a snack.

The quiet of the village

We stayed just one night at this property, being a stopover, requesting the cheapest option available, and were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and well-equipped the mini-apartment was. The kind and helpful hosts make you feel right at home, and the setting is this rural village of San Silvestro, where you can experience a true mountain atmosphere, intimate and timeless. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful experience at the B&B where we stayed for four days. Located in the San Silvestro Valley, 2 km from the center of Dobbiaco, it's very convenient and centrally located for exploring this part of the Pusteria Valley. We stayed in a triple room in the attic, a decently sized room (only the bathroom was a bit cramped) with a view of the Dolomites. The breakfast was plentiful and generous, and Germana was an excellent host. We'll be back...

Exceptional

A very welcoming family-run establishment. Mrs. Germana was very helpful and attentive to all our guests' needs. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The San Silvestro Valley is an enchanting place to enjoy the peace, clean air, and fabulous views. The cost of the stay is advantageous.

Quiet stay

We stayed at the property for two nights. The manager gave us a warm welcome, and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. It's a very quiet village, just a few minutes from Dobbiaco and San Candido. It's worth it!

Relaxing holidays in Dobbiaco

We spent three pleasant days at this property. The room was spacious, warm, and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The owner, Mrs. Germana, is kind and helpful. A very important plus is that they accept dogs, a feature not often found in hotels in South Tyrol.

Relaxing holiday

A quiet place nestled in the village of San Silvestro. Germana and her family were very welcoming and friendly, and we thank them all. The house is comfortable and furnished simply and cleanly, with a terrace offering a view of the mountains and woods. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves simplicity and tranquility.

Great place

Overnight stay for the Anterselva biathlon competition
