Nice living room

We stayed in Apartment 3 for five people from August 17th to 24th. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The rooms had a beautiful view of the Dolomites. The village of Santa Maria could have a few more services (buses are very rare so you always have to get around by car). The owners were very kind and welcoming. Perhaps we would have appreciated a little more information about excursions.

Family and welcoming environment

I stayed at this wonderful property for a week in July with my husband. The rooms were spotless and functional. Kind and warm welcome. The owner prepared succulent and abundant breakfasts for us with the option of making sandwiches for lunch. Highly recommended!

A piece of paradise

I stayed in the apartment for 10 nights. The property is brand new with excellent finishes, and the apartment is comfortable and fully equipped. A garage is also available. The location is quiet and panoramic, convenient for excursions in the Pusteria Valley and surrounding areas. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I took beautiful hikes, including Mount Elmo, the Nemes and Klammbach mountain huts, Mount Specie from Prato Piazza, and the classic and undoubtedly thrilling Tre Cime di Lavaredo tour. I discovered enchanting places, including the Casies Valley. I brought home so many wonderful memories. I have imprinted in my mind and heart the spectacle that only the Dolomites can offer.

Lovely holiday!

We stayed in apartment 3 for a week. The location is beautiful, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the apartment has everything we need. Annalies and her husband are incredibly kind and always available to answer any questions we had, even the doughnuts for breakfast in the morning! The property is about a kilometer and a half from Dobbiaco, which is easily reached on foot. From there, you can quickly reach many wonderful destinations, such as Lake Dobbiaco, San Candido, Braies, Misurina, and many other wonderful places! A place we will definitely return to. I recommend it

This is a lovely bed and breakfast with apartments located just outside Dobbiaco, in a lovely sunny spot. We stayed in a beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and quiet apartment. They have various sizes. I highly recommend it.

Summer stay with children

I recommend this property to everyone. The family-run business ensures a comfortable and very informal atmosphere, where you can truly feel at home. The owners are always courteous and available to accommodate any request. They are very prompt in providing information about excursions. Personally, I found them very accommodating, even after a personal need forced me to change the dates of my stay; despite it being high season, they managed to find a solution that was even more satisfactory than the initial one. My children (aged 17 and 21) were thrilled with the accommodations, and we had a truly wonderful holiday.

Summer stay with children

Very convenient location close to the center of Dobbiaco, very easy to reach both for dinner and for guided excursions. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was impeccable. A welcome worthy of note: breakfast on the first day of our stay was served on the owners' private veranda, with an abundance of food (milk, coffee, fruit, various jams and preserves, homemade cakes, fruit juices, still and sparkling water), all available for takeaway and use later during the day.

Amazing location!

The property is excellent, and the husband and wife team who run it are incredibly kind and welcoming! The location is enchanting, just above Dobbiaco, not far from the center, but just far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of a small mountain village. I highly recommend it and will be back very soon!

Wonderful, a true dream!

We spent a very short time there, but it was enough to appreciate the owners' courtesy, helpfulness, and meticulous attention to detail, as well as the enchanting beauty of the place. It's definitely worth a try! The two young girls I was with were enchanted!

A corner of paradise

We only spent a weekend at this property, but we've already decided to return for a longer stay. The room is very cozy and spacious, and there's even a welcome drink. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and Annalisa even provides takeaway sandwich bags! The property is 1.5 km from the center of Dobbiaco, allowing for a peaceful stay with a magnificent view of the mountains, and a short walk to the town center. Definitely worth a try!
