To get there, it is necessary to walk 5 minutes along a mule track.
Bagneri is a small alpine village which, with its 12 permanent inhabitants, constitutes one of the highest inhabited centers in the whole Biella area. In the 70s of the last century, Bagneri seemed destined to remain completely uninhabited, until his new parish priest Giovanni Bonelli involved the scouts to recover the numerous unused buildings and revive this alpine village. Since then, the fate of this place has been intertwined with an ever-renewed group of people who have made this place part of their home. The scouts, coordinated by the Friends of Bagneri Association, have built relationships with the locals, giving life to a unique and authentic reality. Reality in which the life of some people goes on through agriculture and pastoralism, but also where the liveliness and innovation brought by young people, enhance even more the beauty of the place and its history. Bagneri is configured today as a place that many people can call home, and on weekends it is filled with scouts, oratories, faithful (who go up for the 3pm mass) but also only with mountain enthusiasts and its landscapes who do not want to give up to nature.
