Guest house Villa Americana

It was after World War I that Grandfather Cesare emigrated to America to find work. Upon his return, he was finally able to fulfill his dream: to build a house in Varasc. Thus, Villa Americana was born. Completely renovated in 2013, the Villa has retained its original spirit, a familiar and welcoming Alpine atmosphere, while also incorporating modern comforts.
Its location ensures complete immersion in the beauty of Alpine nature, just steps from the center of Champoluc and its restaurants. Surrounded by meadows and woods, with a large garden, the Villa offers a panoramic view of the Monte Rosa glacier and the other peaks of the Ayas Valley.
Six rooms, located on the first and second floors, are furnished in mountain style with custom fabrics in warm Alpine-themed colors and pine wood finishes for an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. A king-size bed or twin beds, depending on your needs, will allow you to sink into comfort and enjoy a well-deserved rest after a day on the slopes or trails.
All rooms feature a balcony with loungers, and every window offers a splendid view of our mountains.An excellent starting point for both winter and summer hikes, as well as cross-country skiing: 18 km of trails pass through eight villages and pass right by our property. The ski lifts are located approximately 1000 meters above sea level and are served by a free shuttle that stops just 50 meters from the Villa.
The Villa offers a large garden where you can enjoy the splendid sunny days and immerse yourself in nature.
