Beautiful welcome

We were welcomed into a spacious room with a sitting area, perfect for both children to do their homework. We ate dinner at the hotel every evening, with an excellent selection of dishes featuring typical local dishes, all delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly; we really appreciated the ski room and shuttle service to the ski lifts. The hotel is located in a small square where you can find everything: the church, the post office, the town hall, the bar, and the supermarket.

Recommended stay

The hotel is very nice, with welcoming rooms, and is ideally located for easy access to the area's most characteristic, important, well-served, scenic, and gastronomic attractions. Papa Alessandro makes delicious desserts, and Ilaria is always very kind and professional. The cuisine is excellent and varied. Highly recommended.

Anniversary lunch

On San Jaco's Day 2021 in Pieve di Livinallongo we celebrated my parents' 50th birthday right here at the Albergo Alpino. The menu was truly fabulous, delicious, and I had no problem with my allergies—quite the opposite. They were helpful, very kind, and quick. The restaurant is very welcoming and the service is excellent and compliments to the chef, they deserve 5 stars. We will definitely be back next time, we really recommend it to everyone. Thanks again for everything.

Ski Week 2020

Wonderful vacation!

We loved this traditional-style property from the very first photos, and our holiday here confirmed our good impressions—in fact, it was better than we expected! Comfortable and clean rooms, everything very efficient, and a truly family-friendly atmosphere. We were only on vacation for five days with our two children, but we felt as relaxed as if we'd been there for a month! I recommend the half-board option; in addition to the excellent breakfasts with homemade desserts, the excellent dinner is well worth it. Every day after skiing and showering, going down to the dining room and always finding new delicious surprises was truly unique! And what about the personalized ski shuttle service?! Our car was left in the parking lot the entire vacation because we never needed it!! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent cuisine, very kind staff

My husband, I, and our one-year-old daughter stayed here for two weeks during our August 15th vacation. We had a wonderful time: the room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We couldn't hear a fly at night. The food is excellent. The owners and all the staff are incredibly kind. We couldn't have asked for anything better... plus, the value for money is truly exceptional! I'm so happy with our vacation at Hotel Alpino! Thank you again!

Excellent stay

We had a truly excellent stay during the Christmas holidays!! The hospitality and professionalism were impeccable, especially in the preparation of the dishes, which were always authentic and of excellent quality! The Christmas Eve dinner featured refined and exceptionally tasty dishes! We've been guests here before and will definitely return, as the relaxed, peaceful, and family-like atmosphere is truly remarkable! I highly recommend it.

A pleasant summer stay

We spent a week with our family (two children, aged 6 and 8) in this charming hotel, ideally located just a short drive from the best trails in this area of the Belluno Dolomites, which is undoubtedly the most beautiful of all the Dolomites, offering 360° views of unique landscapes. The hotel is small but comfortable, very clean, and above all offers a family atmosphere—just what we were looking for. The owners are always available to satisfy every need, and the food is excellent and plentiful. At the restaurant, side dishes, unlike other hotels where they are served buffet-style, here are served hot with the main courses, along with a fresh garden salad. However, given the generous meals served, it's difficult to finish everything. Among the desserts, the panna cotta is exquisite. What can I say... only positive reviews, and the value for money is excellent.

For over 20 years and always happy to return

For over 20 years, I've been a guest of the Denicolo family with my family and friends – once with a group of 23 people. One year I even managed to visit four times. I love the authentic atmosphere, the down-to-earth, incredibly delicious food, the simple, spotlessly clean accommodations, the warm and welcoming hosts, and the surrounding mountains. In winter: The nearest ski resort on the Sellaronda is Arabba, 7 km down the valley. Even with heavy snowfall, there have never been any problems getting there by car. In addition, you can use the hotel's reliable shuttle service. In summer: The local mountain is the Col di Lana. By car, you can quickly reach the Falzarego Pass and the Cortine Dolomites on one side. On the other side, you can easily reach the Padon Ridge and the Sella Group. I'm also looking forward to celebrating New Year's Eve at the Albergo Alpino again this year.

Really like at home

We stayed at the Alpine hotel for about ten days, and at the risk of sounding banal, we truly felt at home! The welcome was exquisite, the room clean and welcoming, the breakfasts and dinners plentiful and delicious. The location is perfect for those who love exploring the mountains and seeing and doing a variety of things, from hiking (of all levels of difficulty) to relaxing by a lake... A special shout-out to Ilaria, practically always present (how does she do it?!), kind, helpful, and ready to suggest or recommend activities. I really hope I have the opportunity to return, maybe even in winter.

August holiday

We had a very pleasant four-night stay at this hotel. Extremely clean, well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. It felt like home. The location is strategic for hiking or visiting nearby key attractions.

Christmas holidays

We are a couple who stayed at this wonderful hotel.
