Friendliness and hospitality

We stayed at this B&B in San Paolo, just 10 km from Bolzano. It's a convenient location, surrounded by vineyards, and offers an exceptional view from our balcony. Our host, a sweet and friendly lady, cheerful and always available, delighted us every day with a variety of homemade jams. The room was basic but spotlessly clean. For those of us who are on the go all day, it was a more than satisfactory stay.

A fantastic location and a place to feel good.

We have been coming back to South Tyrol for years and always enjoy the warmth and attentiveness at Haus Haas. All our requests and wishes are always addressed, and we feel very comfortable. The accommodation provides an ideal starting point for excursions and is idyllically situated among the vineyards. Many thanks to the Haas family for the many wonderful holidays!

A dream for 20 years now.

We've been coming to the Haas family's place for many years now and enjoy the natural surroundings, the views, and the warm hospitality of our hostess every single time. Whether hiking, cycling, or simply relaxing in the garden – it's the perfect place to unwind and feel completely at ease. The food is also excellent, and we always receive valuable tips for excursions in the area. We'll be back!

Pure nature and a warm and welcoming hostess

A visit to Mrs. Haas's is always a great pleasure. You are always very well looked after and can relax amidst the beautiful vineyards. The room offers a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery and of Bolzano and the Schlern mountain. The breakfast is plentiful, and the garden is also a lovely place to relax. Haus Haas is nestled amidst the vineyards of South Tyrol and, in addition to its beautiful location overlooking Bolzano, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a generous breakfast, a consistently friendly and welcoming hostess, and an ideal location for excursions to the surrounding towns and villages, as well as mountain hikes, all easily accessible by public transport. Pure hospitality!

A very warm welcome from the owner, Maria Luise Haas, who is always up for a chat! A true gem. The house itself has only two guest rooms, one with and one without a balcony, and a small breakfast room. However, it has everything a budget-conscious traveler needs: a private bathroom in the room, a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, and above all, a magnificent view over the vineyards of St. Pauls, as well as the city of Bolzano with the Schlern mountain in the background. You don't need much more when you have all this. A huge compliment for making so much out of something so small. I'd do it again anytime!
