As a family-run guesthouse, we warmly welcome our guests throughout the entire year and place great importance on a personal and relaxed atmosphere. Our house is located in Marling near Merano, in a central yet peaceful setting, making it an ideal starting point for both relaxing holidays and active days exploring the region.
We offer cozy rooms and comfortable apartments, most of which were carefully renovated with great attention to detail, combining modern comfort with a warm and welcoming style. Guests can choose to book their stay with or without breakfast, depending on their individual preferences.
During the warmer months, our outdoor pool provides a pleasant place to unwind and enjoy the sunny climate of South Tyrol. Thanks to our convenient location, shops, restaurants and the village center are within easy reach. In addition, a bus stop is located nearby, offering comfortable connections to Merano and the surrounding area, making it easy to explore the region even without a car
