The house is situated at the entrance of the Val di Fiemme in a quiet and sunny location, amidst green lawns and close to the bike path and many walking trails in the park "Brozzin and "Cascatelle".
For the winter season, the accommodation is located 5 minutes by car away from the slopes of the Cermis ski area and about 20 minutes from the Ski Center Latemar-Pampeago-Obereggen. Guests are provided with bikes for their tours, nordic-walking sticks for their walks and snowshoes for their trips in the snow.
The rooms are warmly and cozily furnished. The parking spaces are in the courtyard of the house and easily accessible even with snow.
