Very nice apartment and great hostesses

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ulrike's apartment. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you could need – and in reality even more beautiful than in the photos. Ulrike and her daughter Eveline were very warm and friendly. We especially enjoyed the fresh salad from their garden, which we were able to enjoy during our stay. The location is also fantastic, especially if you're traveling without a car. The bus stop is right nearby, making it very easy to get around. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the apartment!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, excellent welcome

Excellent stay in an apartment in Roncadizza, 3 minutes from Ortisei. The spaces are very spacious and well-equipped, with TVs in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bus stop right under the house, which is very convenient. Ulrike and her daughter were very kind in welcoming us and providing information. The only downside: part of the building faces the street, but the closed windows are perfectly soundproof and you can't hear anything.

Wonderful welcome and very comfortable apartment

We had a wonderful holiday in Ortisei and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with large, comfortable rooms. The bus stop in front of the house is very convenient, although we always preferred to walk to the town center. Eveline and Ulrike were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. An unforgettable holiday: we'll gladly return and definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location

Perfect location, allowing you to use the free public transport included in the Val Gardena Card (the stop is right in front of the house). Very friendly welcome. Spacious apartment. This is the second time we've been back and we'll be back again.

Excellent location and kindness

New, spacious, and fully equipped apartment. Excellent location, just 1.5 km from the center of Ortisei, easily accessible in just a few minutes either on foot via the pedestrian promenade or by the free public transportation provided by the property (the bus stop is right in front of the apartment). Special thanks for the kindness and courtesy shown, both by the daughter who greeted us upon our arrival and by the mother who wished us a good day every day. Thank you so much for everything!

Equipped with every comfort

The apartment consisted of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and two terraces (one in one of the bedrooms). It was equipped with every comfort: the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we were able to cook almost every evening without any difficulty. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute drive from Ortisei, or a 30-minute walk, a wonderful stroll through fairytale landscapes. Private parking was conveniently located right in front of the property's entrance. We had a wonderful time! The welcome was extremely hospitable. My only advice for those staying: bring a spare towel, as linens are not provided (perhaps you can ask, but we didn't want to disturb anyone and packed our own). We can't wait to return!

Special apartment

We've stayed in the four-person apartment for two years running. It has two full bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher. There are two terraces: one in the front and one in the back, both large and comfortable. There's parking in front of the house, and the bus stop is very convenient. We highly recommend it and hope to return and enjoy the hosts' hospitality.

Bus stop right outside the entrance – very convenient

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a small balcony – very comfortable. No advance deposit was required, which was very convenient for us as we don’t have a European bank account. The only inconvenience was that unfortunately the Wi-Fi signal in our room was quite weak. Much to our regret the connection was very slow and, at times, regrettably we couldn’t get online at all.

Comfortable and clean apartment.

We stayed here in early July and had a wonderful time! The apartment was very spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), and two balconies. A parking space and a garage are also available. Clean, tidy and well-equipped house, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bus stop right in front of the house is also very convenient, taking you directly to the center of Ortisei and throughout the valley: with the provided card, public transport was free. Special thanks to Mrs Ulrike and her daughter Eveline, always kind, helpful and smiling, ready to give useful advice for excursions and to provide any information. We will definitely be back!
