Il Sambuco Bed & Breakfast is the ideal option for a short holiday or a relaxing stopover on a long journey, but more than that, it is a chance to savour all of the charm of an authentic Trentino mountain farmhouse. Indoors and out, the tone is set by the tasteful recent conversion, which uses natural materials to retain the character of the original early 19th-century building and harmonise with the evocative woodland setting. Sweet and savoury breakfast with organic, home-made produce: elderflower cordial, jams and preserves made with berries from own market garden, yoghurt with own blueberries or plums, home-made cakes and tarts, fresh eggs from own hens, local cured meat and cheese. Private Spa (extra costs) with exclusive use: Finnish sauna 80°C, Biosauna Klafs 65 °C, Whirlpool "Hotspring" (outdoors). Tapis roulant Technogym. Guests can also book a relaxing massage.
