Beautiful place

Alta Valtellina by bike

Fantastic location, nestled among apple orchards overlooking the valley. Stunning views of the Orobie Alps from the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco. The Valtellina trail along the Adda River is very beautiful and allows you to easily reach the legendary climbs: Mortirolo from Mazzo, Cancano lakes, Stelvio and Gavia from Bormio. An ideal starting point for a tour of the customs posts: Bormio, Foscagno, Eira, Forcola di Livigno, and Bernina, before descending along the Rhaetian Railway on the Bernina Express.

Fantastic room and beautiful view

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our host was extremely helpful with advice and there was a garage to park our bikes. The room was spotless and beautifully presented and we were treated to scrambled eggs for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The best place

We stayed here for a week. The place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is incredibly good: homemade cakes, fresh yogurt, jams, cheeses, cold cuts, and much more. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains. The property also has a ground-floor terrace available to guests, with tables and loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the view and tranquility. Mrs. Ivana and her family are very attentive to their guests' needs. They made sure we lacked nothing and recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. I highly recommend it, even if it's just for one night; it's worth a try.

Nice accommodation, very helpful host

We had only one night to spent at the lovely B&B Il Grappolo, but we had a perfect stay. Thank you to the host for helping us solving some problems we had! We had breakfast at the gorgeous terrace with a very beautiful view. Our room was spacious and very clean. Thank you for everything!

Amazing 10.19.18

As we were passing through, we only spent one night in this beautiful B&B. We were welcomed by Mrs. Ivana, an extremely friendly, nice, and competent person. The property is tastefully furnished, with attention to the smallest details and impeccable cleanliness. A super sweet and savory breakfast, with cakes, homemade jams, bread, cheeses, and various cured meats—a true delicacy, on par with the best hotels. Ivana was very helpful in providing us with advice and addresses of the most characteristic places for our stay in the beautiful Valtellina. Thank you so much, Ivana. Excellent welcome, comfortable and convenient

We spent three nights at this B&B with our two children. The property is an ideal base for exploring Valtellina and the Bernina Express, and is easily accessible just a few kilometers from Tirano. The location is incredibly quiet, and the room was well-maintained and clean, with a private bathroom and recently renovated. Our room was separate from the rest of the house, with a private entrance and divided in two to separate the master bedroom from the children's bunk bed. The excellent breakfast served on the terrace included homemade tarts, local cured meats and cheeses, yogurt, and more. The highlight is the fantastic hostess, extremely friendly, helpful, and helpful, even suggesting excursions and offering valuable advice.

Excellent!

We spent a few days in this beautiful B&B, meticulously maintained, warm, and welcoming, in a convenient location for exploring Valtellina and catching the unmissable Bernina Express. Our room, like the rest of the house, was tastefully furnished, with a private bathroom with all the comforts, a large balcony, and a splendid view of the valley. A generous breakfast is served each morning, featuring homemade cakes and pies, as well as local cheeses and cured meats. The entire experience is managed by an impeccable hostess, very attentive and thoughtful, and full of helpful advice. Thank you, Ivana!
