Hosted within a typical restructered stone cottage, the B&B is an excellent starting point for visiting the traditional picturesque ancient towns and participating in the several cultural events and town festivals where you can taste the local food and wine.
The surrounding attractive landscape is well characterized by a great variety of natural breathtaking views: the B&B is located at the feet of the Valtellina and Valchiavenna mountains, close to the Lake Como and within the well-known naturalistic oasis of Pian di Spagna. The guests can enjoy the large garden equipped with a playground for kids.
This remarkable countryside area offers the possibility to practice plenty of outdoor activities: you can take a long walking tour discovering unspoiled scenery or go horse-riding, experience bird-watching, do trekking or mountain bike or simply relax on the beach enjoying the fresh lake air.

Feel right at home!

It's our "safe haven" for our lakeside holidays, we return there punctually every year, its proximity to the lake makes it a strategic place for our kite/windsurfing trips and it's located on the Valtellina route for bike rides. Mauro and Moira are very attentive and always attentive to our needs, as well as full of tips on recommending the "right" places. Spacious, clean rooms in a peaceful oasis, an excellent and plentiful breakfast, and there's even a pool if you want to relax with a book. What more can I say? Nothing! If you're thinking of a lakeside vacation, this is the place to feel right at home!

Stay with Aunt Vivina

We spent a weekend immersed in comfort and nature. We were immediately welcomed with open arms, and in no time at all, we were checked in. Once we reached our room, we felt like we were at home, but with that extra touch. The next day, after a king-size breakfast, we discovered a variety of places, each different from the next, thanks in part to the itineraries offered by the B&B. I highly recommend considering this place if you're looking for a place that, with its versatility and options, is perfect for friends, family, and business partners.
