The Val di Non is unique for the vast apple orchards that cover the valley.
It seems impossible that all these apples surrounding us are harvested entirely by hand. In September, you can see how our farmers carefully harvest all this fruit, which is then skilfully processed over the course of a whole year. Staying here for a few days during this period gives you an insight into how much work goes into producing an apple!
