The Chalet is a detached 80-square-meter house at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by large lawns. It features a single apartment on the ground floor, with a large glass-enclosed veranda.
The apartment offers a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen.

A sports field with a children’s playground is located 100 meters away.
Guests receive a free TRENTINO GUEST CARD (see website) with various tourist promotions, discounts, free admission, etc., to help them organize their stay.
A bakery, a bar, and a grocery store are located in the center of Serrada, a 5-10 minute walk away.
The forest road above the Chalet leads to the Finonchio Refuge. The easy walk there takes about 90 minutes.
The Serrada chairlift is a 10-minute walk from the chalet.
You’ll ascend to the Baita Tonda refuge, from which you can enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the mountains.
From there, a moderately easy hike of approximately 2 hours begins, with minimal elevation gain, passing historic fortifications from the First World War, to the Passo Coe.
