A bike tour in the heart of the Dolomites - UNESCO World Heritage site, is the fulfilment of almost every cyclist's dreams.
Since 2017 Alta Badia and Arabba/Livinallongo contribute a little bit to the realization of this dream with the Dolomites Bike Day, the car-free day on the passes Campolongo, Falzarego and Valparola.
At the non-competitive cycling event, every cyclist can take part free of charge and without inscription, no matter how fit or how old she or he is. The Dolomites Bike Day is just the perfect occasion to ride some of the legendary stages of the famous roadbike event Maratona dles Dolomites and of the Italian bicycle race Giro d’Italia.
For the Dolomites Bike Day on Sunday, 18th June 2017, about 5,000 cyclists divided in athletes, passionate riders, amateurs and children met to ride the scenic pass between Corvara, Arabba, Pieve di Livinallongo and San Cassiano.
